Then use my Blueprint Creator. With just a few clicks, you can create a Playground instance with your desired Blueprint from your own WordPress site.
You select your themes, plugins, posts, media files, templates, and settings for your project.
… You can create a Lightweight Blueprint (URL parameters only) and use it immediately (but this is only possible with WordPress.org themes and plugins).
With the Blueprint Bundle, you can also integrate custom themes and plugins, WXR posts (articles, pages, custom posts), media files, FSE templates, WordPress settings, language, website name, etc.
